The membership of Builders 83 is composed mainly of the University of Mindanao Bachelor
of Science in Civil Engineering Class of 1983.
They either graduated in March of 1983, October of 1982, or simply started Civil Engineering in 1978 and at the same time spend most of their time from 1978 to 1983 in Civil Engineering at
the above university.
